Health Research of Hampton Roads, Inc. employs a caring, experienced,
stable, well-trained and certified staff of study coordinators in
an ideally equipped research facility. HRHR operates according to
written Standard Operating Procedures and provides in-house training
to all employees.
Our research professionals include: two
Board Certified Physicians, a Certified Family Nurse
Practitioner, registered
nurses, Certified ACRP/SoCRA and Bachelor/Masters level
employees with expertise in conducting and facilitating
clinical research studies:

Published with research experience at the CDC.
Board certified in Family
Practice (1982–2002) and Preventive/Occupational
Medicine (1992–Present).
Graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School
in Norfolk, VA, and completed
residency at Riverside Hospital, an affiliate
of the Medical College of
Virginia. Obtained a Master of Public Health
from Emory University in Atlanta,
GA, and currently practices in Preventive and
Occupational Medicine. After 13
years in family practice he decided to devote
his attention to research.

Dr.
George H. Freeman – M.D., F.A.C.O.G., C.C.I.
Sub-Investigator on over 60 clinical trials
and Principal Investigator on 4 other clinical
trials. 20 years of experience in Women’s
Health Care, including private practice and as
Assistant Professor at Eastern Carolina University
School of Medicine. Board-certified with the
American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (1989–Present)
and an Association of Clinical Research Professionals
(ACRP) certified Physician Investigator (2004–Present).
Graduated from and residency-trained at the Medical
College of Virginia. Multiple research interests
include gynecologic endocrinology, hormone replacement,
contraception, and the potential role of supplements/nutraceuticals
in health care.

Sub-Investigator on over 65 HRHRclinical studies.
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with
lengthy clinical experience in Acute (Emergency)
and Nonacute/ Chronic (Primary) Care and Indigent
(Free Clinic) Medicine.
